Beclomethasone dipropionate: Beclomethasone dipropionate is a pro-drug with weak glucocorticoid receptor binding affinity. It is extensively hydrolysed via esterase enzymes to the active metabolite beclomethasone-17-monopropionate (B-17-MP), which has potent topical anti-inflammatory activity .
