Crolimus Ointment 0.1% – Tacrolimus for Eczema and Atopic Dermatitis

Crolimus Ointment 0.1% is a prescription-only topical immunomodulator containing Tacrolimus, designed to treat moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in children and adults. This ointment targets the underlying inflammatory processes in eczema without affecting collagen synthesis, providing relief from itching, redness, and skin inflammation.

How Crolimus Ointment Works

Tacrolimus inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators from mast cells, basophils, and eosinophils.

Reduces skin inflammation, redness, and pruritus without causing skin atrophy, making it a safer alternative to long-term corticosteroid therapy.
