Dipsal Ointment 15g – Betamethasone Dipropionate & Salicylic Acid for Psoriasis and Eczema

Dipsal Ointment 15g is a prescription-only topical treatment combining Betamethasone Dipropionate (a potent corticosteroid) and Salicylic Acid (a keratolytic agent) to effectively manage psoriasis, eczema, and other inflammatory skin conditions. This dual-action ointment reduces inflammation, itching, and redness while promoting the removal of dead skin cells and accelerating skin healing.

How Dipsal Ointment Works

Betamethasone Dipropionate blocks chemicals that trigger swelling, redness, and irritation, reducing inflammation in affected skin areas.

Salicylic Acid softens and removes scaly, thickened skin, promoting exfoliation and faster skin recovery.

Together, they provide anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and keratolytic effects, making it effective for psoriasis plaques and chronic eczema.
