- Find the Right Size: The brush should slide in with light resistance. If it feels too tight or forces the gums to turn white, switch to a smaller size. (You may need different sizes for different gaps).
- Hold and Insert: Grip the handle like a pen for optimal control. Place the brush horizontally against the gum line in the gap between your teeth
- Move Back and Forth: Gently push the brush all the way through the gap and pull it back out. Repeat this motion 2-3 times per space to effectively dislodge plaque and food particles.
