  • When Not to Use

    Do not use in case of:

    • Levosulpiride 50mg is not recommended for use in people with psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia, as it may inadvertently worsen the positive symptoms of psychosis.
    • This medicine can cause dizziness and drowsiness and can influence the ability to drive or operate machinery. If you feel dizzy or sleepy, avoid these activities.
    • The medication can also occasionally cause a serious and potentially fatal allergic reaction called hypersensitivity syndrome. Symptoms include a severe rash, swollen lymph nodes, fever, and chills. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
    • This medication can cause low blood pressure, especially when standing up from a lying or sitting position. This can lead to lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting.
