Steam eye masks are air-activated, disposable patches that release a gentle, continuous warm mist (typically 104°F to 113°F) when exposed to air. Designed for relaxation, they help relieve eye fatigue from screen time, soothe puffiness, and improve overall sleep quality.

How They Work
When you open the individual packet, iron powder and water inside the mask interact with oxygen in the air, creating a natural exothermic reaction. This generates soothing, moist heat that can last for 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the brand. 
How to Use
  1. Open: Tear open the individual wrapper to remove the mask.
  2. Unfold: Gently separate the attached ear loops located in the center.
  3. Place: Close your eyes and hook the ear loops comfortably around your ears, centering the mask directly over your eyes.
  4. Relax: Leave the mask on for 20 to 30 minutes. Once the warmth dissipates, simply dispose of it in the trash.
    Important Safety Tips
    • Do not wear the mask while using contact lenses, as it may cause irritation.
    • Avoid using them if you have active eye infections, open wounds, or severe inflammation unless advised by an eye doctor.
