Tri-Melasin Cream 30g – Triple Combination Treatment for Melasma
Tri-Melasin Cream 30g is a prescription-strength triple combination cream formulated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma. It combines a corticosteroid (Fluocinolone Acetonide), a skin-lightening agent (Hydroquinone), and a topical retinoid (Tretinoin) to effectively reduce hyperpigmentation, dark patches, and uneven skin tone.
This dermatologist-recommended formulation targets excess melanin production while improving skin renewal and reducing inflammation.
Active Ingredients & How They Work

Reduces skin inflammation and redness
Minimizes irritation caused by other active ingredients
Calms inflamed or sensitive skin
Hydroquinone 4% (Depigmenting Agent)
Inhibits melanin synthesis
Blocks tyrosinase activity responsible for pigment production
Lightens dark spots, melasma patches, and discoloration
Tretinoin 0.05% (Topical Retinoid)
